A1+A2 run concurrently.
White belts are eligible for A2 with instructor approval
A1 - 60 minutes.
A2 - 90 minutes.

For your first trial class, please arrive 15 mins before your class is scheduled to begin so we can fit you for a trial gi, get you acclimated to the space and introduce you to your coach.

If you’ve trained before, and prefer to train in your own gi, please come 10 mins before class begins.
